Refund Policy
Whilst every effort is made to keep our nursery stock healthy our liability for plants supplied is limited to the replacement of those plants or a refund of the price paid. No Warranty expressed or implied is given as to the growth or suitability of those plants to their ultimate location.
Customer Options
If you are not completely satisfied, Barcham Online must be notified in writing (via email) within 3 days of receipt of the trees. Failure to do so will deem those goods as being accepted by the customer. All refunds made will be credited to the credit card, debit card or Pay Pal account from which the original purchase was made. No cash refunds will be made at any time.
Order Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel an order, this must be made in writing (via email) to Barcham Online at least 48 hours prior to the agreed delivery date (if one has been determined). As our trees are individually selected by trained arborists, all cancellations will be subject to an administration fee of 33% of the order value.
Barcham's Planting Guidelines
It is important to note that we strongly recommend Barcham trees are only planted when they are dormant between the months of October and March. Although Spring & Summer planting is also very feasible, trees planted between April and September will require more aftercare, namely increased and more vigilant irrigation regimes. No liability can therefore be taken for trees that are supplied in leaf between April and September.
Our trees will thrive when planted if the Barcham Planting Guide is adhered to.
